Brands Hatch beckons for the British Automobile Racing Club this weekend as a number of championships lift the curtain on their 2021 season’s.

Topping the bill at the Kent venue will be the heavyweight behemoths of the BTRA British Truck Racing Championship. Weighing in at more than five tonnes and producing in excess of 1000bhp, there is nothing quite like the titans of truck racing, especially around the short Indy circuit.

Both the 2CV Parts.com Classic Racing Championship and Legends Cars National Championship with MRF Tyres have proven to be smash-hits down the years and both categories look set to stage memorable campaigns once again.

Further thrills are set to come from the Lancaster Insurance MG Owners Club Championship and Kumho BMW Championship, both of which operate multi-class systems.

Rounding off the weekend’s action will be the highly-anticipated return of the Pickup Truck Racing Championship which, due to the coronavirus pandemic, didn’t run last year.
